We started working with Geoff Groat in October 2020 to search for a lot or a home.
We purchased a lot in December 2020 and have now completed building a new home in DeBordieu. Geoff is absolutely amazing . His knowledge level as to all aspects of DeBordieu is second to none. His ability to give critical decision making advice as fantastic. It was obvious to us that his primary goal was to help us make a good decision for our family (as opposed to what is best for him). After we bought the lot he was very has engaged with helping us make key decisions regarding the design of our home. He brought additional insight as to other key players (e.g. architect, builder). Geoff is more than a trusted advisor - he is our friend.
